Where We Ship From

Your order is dispatched from our global fulfillment partners. Depending on product and carrier routing, your order may ship from warehouses in the United States or from international partners. All orders are shipped to you with full tracking.

Taxes

United States: Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and displayed at checkout before payment. No additional charges apply upon delivery.

Canada: Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. No additional charges apply upon delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling Time

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we require 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) to process and prepare your order for shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your region. Delays caused by customs processing or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other certified carriers depending on your location and order. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipment confirmation email.

Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Every order is assigned a tracking number. Please allow a few hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Change of Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@cicimi.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, address changes are subject to carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@cicimi.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Return Policy once the item is delivered.

Parcel Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at info@cicimi.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the situation.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to the following:

  • PO Boxes (subject to carrier availability — please contact us before ordering if you have a PO Box address)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) — please contact us to confirm availability before ordering
  • Any country not listed under "Where We Ship To"

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.
