Return Address

Our return address will be provided to you upon approval of your return request. Please do not send items back without first contacting us info@cicimi.com and receiving written confirmation, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cicimi.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or final sale items (where clearly marked at purchase)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Processing time: within 10 business days of receiving the return
  • Refund method: to the original payment method used at purchase
  • Currency: refunded in the currency of your original order — USD for US orders, CAD for Canadian orders

Exchanges
